Lindi Chadwick (Owner, Educational Director, Stylist)...
Lindi has been working as a full-time hairstylist for over 24 years. Her passion for this industry has lead her to become an educator to hundreds of stylist.
Now, as the owner of Chadwick Studio, she hopes to spread her passion and knowledge to all who share this amazing space. Lindi is always learning and growing. She believes that the only way to success is through knowledge and educating one’s self.
Hi there, I’m Lisa Ells and I’ve been in the industry working as a hairstylist for over 25 years; working in Rancho Bernardo for the last 15. I joined the Chadwick Studio Team in 2009 because they share my philosophy of keeping hair care products natural. I also love that we use the top-of-the-line hair color, “Kemon” for healthy, shiny hair – Which just happens to be my specialty!
My clientele is made up of approx 40% men, so tell your husbands to come in as well!
I’m married with 2 kids; a daughter, 22 and a son, 18. When I’m not at work, I love to go camping with friends and family. I like wine tasting and reading books – anything except sci-fi!

My name is Rhianna. I’ve been doing hair (legally) since 2008. Truth is, I’ve been coloring and styling hair for as long as I can remember! I left my 7+ year career as a medical assistant to follow my dream & haven’t looked back since.
If you want funky colors in your hair, I’m your girl!! I also pride myself on giving my clients natural looking highlights.
I live for football season and LOVE my Chargers! My mom calls me her “wild child” with a heart of gold. I look forward to seeing you and giving you the best salon experience you’ve ever had!
I’m Honoree and being creative with hair has always been my passion! When I began my career, I assisted for Carter Lund, color specialist and educator in Temecula, California. I started working at Chadwick Studio in 2009 where I now work with a great team!
My creativity exceeds my experience and what I love to do most is get creative with Long Hair! Some of my interests are: going to the desert and the river, listening to country music and going to concerts.

Hi, my name is Marina. Throughout most of my life, I’ve always had a hard time styling my own hair. I finally decided to learn how to deal with it, and I entered Beauty School. Thirteen years ago I was certified and received my license to do hair and I realized how much I enjoy it. I love creating new colors and cuts for my clients and I really have fun with it every day!
